Shipping & Handling Costs:  FREE Shipping & Handling for all orders shipped to any state in the continental USA! Please contact us for a shipping quote if your order will be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping & Tracking:

Orders are generally processed on the next business day and are shipped via UPS.  You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped.  Orders generally arrive in 3-5 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. 

Return Policy:  We take great pride in the service to our customers and in the quality of our product! Our training dictations are recorded on high-quality CDs and tapes.  Due to the media nature of our products, we have a no-refund policy. All sales are final. However, if your CD or tape is damaged or defective upon receipt, you may return the defective item within 14 days of the shipment date and receive a replacement free of charge.
